Ingredients
A daily changing menu based on nutritional needs is created, ingredients are gathered from suppliers.

Wholesome meals are prepared according to the menu ensuring proper hygiene, taste and variety.
Transporting meals for food donation drives across Mumbai

Deliver
Meals are packed in sealed containers and delivered to the respective distribution points.

4 Biodegradable Packaging and Recycling

Biodegradables plates and cutlery are used for the meals, which once used, are duly picked up by our recycling partners.

About Us

Samya India NGO team working towards hunger alleviation and social equality

“Sāmya" is a Sanskrit word that means: balance, equality or equilibrium. At Sāmya, we are dedicated to promoting social equality, balancing societal needs, and striving for harmony within communities.

We consider food and nourishment as the very basic need of humankind and fulfilling this need as a small but critical step towards a life of dignity.

Since our inception, we've provided wholesome meals to thousands, making a profound impact on their lives.

Our goal

At Sāmya, we are dedicated to making a significant difference in the lives of individuals facing food insecurity.

By the end of 2025, our goal is to fully utilise the capacity of our existing kitchen facility and to expand to new locations in Mumbai, reaching communities in need on a larger scale.

Through this expansion, we aim to provide essential nourishment and support of up to 2000 meals per day.
